Cancellations & Refunds

Our Policy

Thank you for using Rar3 Cookies! At our freshly baked cookie business, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. In order to request a cancellation or refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours with Standard (which consist of 2 day pickup time and shipping time). 1 Day Pickup and Shipping will be overnight cancellation time. Overnight cancellation time is within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, refunds will only be issued due to delivery issues. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the cookies have already been baked or shipped. In some cases, we may require customers to send photos for verification. We want our customers to be happy with their orders, but after the 3rd refund request, we will no longer sell to that customer. This is to prevent non-serious inquiries. IF there are legitimate reasons for more than 3 refund requests, we will waive the blacklist policy for that customer.
