How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Pickup: Standard Orders will be ready for pickup 2 days after ordering. 1 Day Orders will be ready for pickup the next day after placing the order. Overnight Orders will be ready for pickup at 7am next day after placing the order.
Shipping: We will ship products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. However, arrival times can vary based on the distance, mail carrier, and if there are any mailing delays. Standard Orders will be shipped 2 days after ordering. 1 Day Orders will be shipped the next day after placing the order. The total amount of time can be early as 2 days and late as 5 days (this is not including non-business days).

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
- Decide which Hot Box you want: Solo Dolo (box of 1 cookie), Kick Back (box of 4 cookies), Main Event (box of 8 cookies).
- Once you decided: go to the header and click on the magnifying glass icon, search "Solo Dolo" or "Kick Back" or "Main Event" (the box you decided on)
- Choose the flavor, when, save and subscribe
- Optional: Change quantity (1+)
- Add to cart or Buy it now
- You are all set!
You can cancel anytime through the portal by creating an account. Contact us if you have any questions.
How To Return My Items?
Thank you for using Rar3 Cookies! At our freshly baked cookie business, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. In order to request a cancellation or refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours with Standard (which consist of 2 day pickup time and shipping time). 1 Day Pickup and Shipping will be overnight cancellation time. Overnight cancellation time is within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, refunds will only be issued due to delivery issues. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the cookies have already been baked or shipped. In some cases, we may require customers to send photos for verification. We want our customers to be happy with their orders, but after the 3rd refund request, we will no longer sell to that customer. This is to prevent non-serious inquiries. If there are legitimate reasons for more than 3 refund requests, we will waive the blacklist policy for that customer.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the email address you placed for your order.
